#MyStoryMatters – I Share it Now!
Masterstories was born out of pure appreciation for the great masters and teachers of our time – the well-known and the not-so-well known masters and storietellers, healers, writers and light workers. The stories they share are often very insightful with a long lasting effect, and their own masterstories, the stories of their own life, often even more powerful. Through the sharing of their individual stories they not only provide guidance, but also healing and inspiration.
Everyone has mastered challenges and overcame obstacles. Everyone has a story to tell. We invite you to share yours.
It might be the one someone needs to hear today. Someone in need of courage, hope, comfort, guidance or light. Let your story be heard, and let it be the inspiration for others.
How does it work?
This site is dedicated to everyone who has a story to tell or an insight to share. To everyone who went through a tough time, faced adversity, and had the courage to walk on. To everyone who encouraged and inspired someone else. To everyone with compassion and a story. And to everyone looking for answers, guidance, insights, willing to learn and to accept change. The intention is to create a global community of self help and support, where one can learn from the other, and gives guideance to the next.
There are two ways to become active in the Global Support Community of Masterstories.com.
By commenting on other posts and stories.
By posting your own unique story – as a video, audio or in writing.
After approval your masterstory will be posted online (and you can post a link to you story as a comment to other people’s story, inviting them to listen to your story.)
There are different types of stories to share.
You might have a story offering guidance or a story about overcoming adversity. You might find answers; you might inspire others or encourage them to share their story. Either way, your story is needed.
“While we teach, we learn” – Seneca
The best way to learn is by teaching. When you share your story, your own perspective changes. You are able to view your story from a position of healing and letting go. Truth will set us free. As someone posted:
“It’s been on my spiritual To Do list for a while, but I have been procrastinating holding on to anger. Time to let it go and embrace forgiveness. The writing process is incredibly cathartic.”
The act of thinking about the healing, writing a message of inspiration or posting a comment on someone else’s post makes your lessons tangible and transformative.
Learn from people who have been where you are, and are now where you’d like to be
. You cannot learn much from an American property tycoon who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth when you are facing financial problems or even poverty. You can however learn from someone who has pulled themselves up from nothing. If you have cancer, for example, then someone who has had cancer knows what you are going through and someone who has been healed from that cancer can give you hope.
